The company is an entirely owned subsidiary of E. M. Zalamea Actuarial Services, Inc., one of the leading consulting companies for employee retirement plans and actuarial services in the Philippines. The Serbizyo brand is an HR technology company which mainly focuses on helping organizations in automating the tasks involved in fulfilling payroll and HR administration work.
Under the brand Serbizyo, we help businesses streamline some of the most tedious processes in the payroll, savings, human capital management and retirement plan administration. We are constantly developing our solutions to improve and level up the quality of our products and services.
Since our establishment in the early 2010s, our company has gone through a lot of developments. Take a look at company’s journey for the past years below:
In 2012, we were the first to introduce the idea of online retirement applications for companies who have set up defined contribution (DC). In this retirement plan, employees can view their accounts individually.
In 2015, we were able to launch our very own payroll software and end-to-end payroll outsourcing services.
In 2016, we created and launched the self service portal for employees to simplify their time and attendance management which also features leave and overtime filing as well as time log editing.
In 2017, we included loan administrations in our list of outsourced services.
In 2018, we have become a full-blown Human Resources Informations System (HRIS). We’ve expanded our HR solutions by offering digitized versions of employee history and records. At the same time, we’ve innovated our expense management software.
In 2020, we rebranded our platform from Zalamea to the now Serbizyo.
